Our Founder: Joseph Way
Joseph Way brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Grace Aviation. With over two decades of experience in the aviation industry, Joseph’s love for flying began at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years.
As a certified flight instructor with thousands of flight hours under his belt, Joseph is committed to sharing his expertise and passion for aviation with each student. His hands-on approach and personalized training methods ensure that every student receives the best possible education and support on their journey to becoming a pilot.
One of the unique aspects of Joseph’s training is his use of a classic 1962 Cessna, which provides students with a rich, authentic flying experience.
He served 6 years in the army, creating a background filled with service and dedication.
Joseph then transitioned to his career in law enforcement. He spent another 6 years serving his city, which also included his time on the SWAT team, along with being an FTO training other officers as they entered the field.
The thrill of aviation never left his heart though, leading him to pursue a career above the clouds and become a full-time pilot.
When he’s not navigating the skies or instructing, Joseph enjoys spending quality time with his wife Natalie and three kids, cherishing every moment with his loved ones. His dedication to his family mirrors his commitment to his profession and students.
